Quenelles with olives in sauce

Forcemeat beef - 500 г

Bread white stale - 85 г

Milk - 450 г

Egg - 1 piece

Flour wheaten - 4 items of a spoon

Olives without stones - 100 г

Oil vegetative - 3 items of a spoon

Oil creamy - 2 items of a spoon

Sour cream - 150 г

Sauce soya - 1 item a spoon

Bread presoak in a mix 150 г milk and 50 г waters, connect to forcemeat, яйцом, salt, pepper and mix.

From the received weight form balls, enclose in the middle of everyone on an olive. Запанируйте quenelles in half of flour, fry on oil.

Quenelles in sauce маринара

450 г pork forcemeat

4 items of l. The dried up grain crumbs

1 egg

1 items of l. The crushed onions

1/4 ч. л. Salts

Droplet of sharp peppery sauce

800 г sauce маринара

340 г рожек or спиралек

Preparation:

Pork forcemeat connect to grain crumbs, яйцом, an onions, salt and a droplet of peppery sauce. Form round quenelles in the size of 2,5 sm in diameter. Fry on average fire in an oil small amount from different directions to zolotisto-brown colour. In a small frying pan heat up sauce маринара, lower there quenelles, cook at boiling of 10-15 minutes.
